The Programme
Accelerate your athletic development with a smarter approach to high-performance training.
SpeedPro High-Performance Programme athletes receive coaching and support to prepare them for competition in a performance environment. Generally, the high-performance programme is for athletes aged 12+ competing or progressing towards the SpeedPro performance level guidelines below.
The programme has three performance groups, Development, Potential, and Elite, defined by the athlete's progression, not age. Athletes gain access to weekly training sessions at Wimbledon Park, our Live Workouts, coaching clinics, training plans, and more. Please take a look at the programme description for each programme.
For SpeedPro High-Performance questions, please get in touch with Bjorn Jansen (High-Performance Coach).
