Do you have training/coaching sessions during the week?
We do have training sessions on Tuesday and Thursday's at Hercules Wimbledon Athletic Club. If you are interested in joining my group, please contact me.

How intense are the training clinics?
The intensity of the training clinics will be at medium level. Yes we will do some longer reps and short sprints, but most the sessions will based on drills and technique work.
How do I manage my account?

How do I cancel or move the clinic I have booked?
Please login here to your profile and cancel your booking with us. It you would like us to move it, please contact me.

Do you offer refunds?
If you are unable to attend a clinic and have cancelled the booking 24 hours before, please contact me for a refund.

It's raining, is the clinic still going ahead?
We use an all weather track, so the session will still go ahead. We will contact you if we have to move or cancel one of our clinics.
What should we bring to the training clinics?
The right clothing for the weather conditions. In the summer, please bring your own sunscreen. Bring plenty of water and food to snack on during the sessions.
Can I only pay for the days I attend?
To benefit from the clinics, you should attend all the days. If you can't attend all the days please let us know on the first day. We don't offer refunds for the days you can't attend.
Do we have to pay a track fee?
The track fee and equipment hire for each day is included in the cost of the clinic your are attending.
