Are you a qualified coach?
Yes, I am a qualified UK Athletics Coach. More details are on my Power of 10 profile.
Do you have training/coaching sessions during the week?
We do have training sessions during the week at Hercules Wimbledon Athletic Club. If you are interested in joining the High-Performance Programme, please contact me.
How do I manage my account?
For Live Workouts and HP Athletes, please login here to manage your profile, you can also reset your password if you have forgotten it.
Do you do any One-to-One coaching?
Yes we do. You can book a session here and if you require regular week-to-week sessions, please contact me.
How many One-to-One coaching sessions can I book?
You can book up to 5 One-to-One coaching sessions in a row. This prevents over training. If you are traveling from outside the UK please contact me, as we can discuss a training schedule to accommodate more training sessions.
Can parents stay around during a One-to-One coaching sessions?
Absolutely! Parent and/ or coaches are more than welcome to be apart of coaching sessions.
