Our experience and science-proven training system is the most effective way to develop speed for any sport. We aim to help athletes develop the correct movements and technique to train correctly to gain the fast results they are after.

Unfortunately, we have no one-to-one sessions or training clinics available. These will start up again in the spring/summer. We'll contact you once we have some one-to-ones and clinics available.

We recommend an athlete’s coach or parent attend the session if possible. This will help accelerate the learning process and continues the forward progress of the athlete.

Are you a qualified coach?
Yes, I am a qualified UK Athletics Coach. More details are on my Power of 10 profile.
Do you have training/coaching sessions during the week?
We do have training sessions during the week at Hercules Wimbledon Athletic Club. If you are interested in joining the High-Performance Programme, please contact me.
How do I manage my account?
For Live Workouts and HP Athletes, please login here to manage your profile, you can also reset your password if you have forgotten it.
Do you do any One-to-One coaching?
Yes we do. You can book a session here and if you require regular week-to-week sessions, please contact me.
How many One-to-One coaching sessions can I book?
You can book up to 5 One-to-One coaching sessions in a row. This prevents over training. If you are traveling from outside the UK please contact me, as we can discuss a training schedule to accommodate more training sessions.
Can parents stay around during a One-to-One coaching sessions?
Absolutely! Parent and/ or coaches are more than welcome to be apart of coaching sessions.

Clinics

How intense are the training clinics?
The intensity of the training clinics will be at medium level. Yes we will do some longer reps and short sprints, but most the sessions will based on drills and technique work.
How do I cancel or move the clinic I have booked?
Please contact me to move or cancel your booking.
Do you offer refunds?
If you are unable to attend a clinic and have cancelled the booking 24 hours before, please contact me for a refund.
It's raining, is the clinic still going ahead?
We use an all weather track, so the session will still go ahead. We will contact you if we have to move or cancel one of our clinics.
What should we bring to the training clinics?
The right clothing for the weather conditions. In the summer, please bring your own sunscreen. Bring plenty of water and food to snack on during the sessions.
Can I only pay for the days I attend?
To benefit from the clinics, you should attend all the days. If you can't attend all the days please let us know on the first day. We don't offer refunds for the days you can't attend.
Do we have to pay a track fee?
The track fee and equipment hire for each day is included in the cost of the clinic your are attending.
